Increased Poverty in Latin American Children

An interesting article posted in The New York Times indicates that poverty of Latino children outnumber impoverished white children within the US. This is pretty shocking because the Latin American population only makes up 16% of the entire population in the US. Interesting statistics to look at and the explanation of the author is even better.
